Featured Models
Dual-Lens Coupling System
The dual-lens coupling system is suitable for lens coupling and optical path shaping. The equipment is primarily used to achieve coupling and packaging between LDs, lenses (including single-lens and dual-lens), optical fibers, and waveguide chips. It features image recognition and positioning capabilities, enabling automated loading, automatic dispensing, and UV curing. By configuring different peripheral equipment, it can also accommodate various packaging scenarios including AuSn soldering, glass solder, and laser welding. The equipment features a modular design, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of lens types and devices with simple fixture changes—offering broad applicability and strong expandability.

Dual-FA Coupling System
The dual-FA automatic coupling system is a self-developed automatic coupling device compatible with both TX and RX ends. The equipment can automatically adjust the relative parallelism between the PCB board and the FA, and simultaneously perform TX-end FA end-face coupling as well as RX-end vertical coupling with the FA (ensuring that TX and RX are on the same end face), followed by automatic dispensing and UV curing.

COB Automatic Coupling System
The COB automatic coupling system is a self-developed COB coupling device featuring one-click operation, convenient pneumatic gripper loading, and visual error correction. It is suitable for active COB products with a multimode 850 nm wavelength, such as 400G/800G SR4 optical modules. The equipment can automatically identify PCB board position and angle, automatically adjust parallelism, and perform automatic coupling with a coupling cycle of less than 120 seconds. It also features automatic dispensing and UV curing. The equipment is easy to operate, highly automated, and offers excellent consistency.

Pump Laser Coupling System
The Pump laser coupling system is an automated coupling solution specifically designed for butterfly-packaged devices. Optimized for applications requiring fiber insertion into the butterfly package housing, the system solves the critical challenges of accurate fiber threading, flexible fiber holding, and high-efficiency coupling and packaging. With broad process compatibility, it supports adhesive bonding, glass solder, and laser welding, offering a versatile solution for diverse packaging requirements.

Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) Automatic Coupling Test System
The PLC automatic coupling test system can simultaneously meet both chip coupling and testing requirements. The system supports coupling and testing for different types of planar lightwave circuit devices, with flexible parameter configuration, a visual user interface, and user-friendly operation. It is applicable to the coupling and testing of planar waveguide products such as AWG, PLC Splitter, MUX, DMUX, VOA, and ICR.
