The Tapered Lens Fiber is manufactured using Laile Optoelectronics' self-developed high-precision fiber polishing equipment. The fiber end face is ground into a tapered shape, and then an optical micro-ball lens is formed on the tip, significantly enhancing its light-gathering capability. The tapered structure greatly improves coupling efficiency and reduces optical loss.
