


The Y-Waveguide Automatic Coupling Equipment is a high-precision automated system purpose-built for integrated optical Y-waveguide components. It integrates three sets of six-axis precision motorized stages with real-time feedback on optical power and extinction ratio to enable rapid automatic alignment and coupling between polarization-maintaining fiber arrays (PM FA) and Y-waveguide chips. The system also supports automated dispensing and UV curing. Featuring polarization state optimization and multi-channel synchronous calibration, it is compatible with various Y-waveguide structures, including lithium niobate and silicon-based waveguides. This equipment greatly improves production efficiency and consistency, making it ideal for applications in silicon photonics, thin-film lithium niobate, and other material platforms.
