The DFB Laser Multi-Lens Coupling Welding System is designed for coupling and welding of 7/14-pin DFB lasers with multi-lens arrays and polarization-maintaining (PM) fibers. The system is built around dual six-axis high-precision motorized stages and coupling test software as its control core, enabling fixed-axis coupling and alignment of multi-lens assemblies and PM fibers. Meanwhile, the dual-beam laser welding module, equipped with three-axis motorized stages, ensures fast and precise positioning of components for welding. This system achieves precise alignment and low-stress welding fixation between DFB chips, lenses, and PM fibers, ensuring stable optical transmission from the chip through the fiber.
