The CWDM4 Automatic Coupling Test System is a self-developed automatic coupling and testing equipment designed specifically for glass-based CWDM4 Demux components. Utilizing two sets of six-axis precision motorized stages, the system enables rapid and precise automatic alignment and coupling between fiber arrays (FA) and glass-based CWDM4 Demux components. Meanwhile, customized software enables automatic testing of IL, RL, and PDL data for chip bars, with report generation. The system delivers high coupling efficiency, high testing efficiency, and excellent coupling/testing stability.
